Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Beauty Clinic Cottingham.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays).

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has left us.

During busy periods or promotional events, processing may take up to 3 working days.

2. UK Delivery Options

We currently ship within the UK only.

•  Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) £.2.00

We use Evri or Royal Mail tracked services.

Tracking information will be provided once dispatched.

3. Local Click & Collect

Free Click & Collect is available from our clinic in Cottingham.

You will be notified by email / text when your order is ready for collection.

Please allow up to 48 hours. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.

4. Delivery Issues & Damaged Items

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout - we cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.

If your parcel is damaged in transit, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thebeautycliniccottingham@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or customs, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues.

5. Non-Delivery / Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and safe places. If you still cannot locate it after 48 hours, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
